Shipping, delivery and returns
Nationally, we send all shipments with Bring. Shipping is free within Norway. Normal delivery time is 2 – 4 working days from when the package has been sent from us - depending on where you live. We reserve the right to delays during periods of high demand at Bring. You will receive a collection message by SMS or e-mail, so it is important to enter the correct mobile number and email address when placing the order.
Returns and complaints
We always hope that you will be satisfied with what you shop with us, but should you wish to return the goods to us, please fill in the return form that came with your package. The item must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the products must be unused, the tags must be on and the item must be free of odors and stains.
Enclosed in your order, you will find a completed return slip which you attach clearly visible to the outside of the return package
If you find errors or omissions in the item you have been sent, please send an email to email@example.com. According to the Swedish Purchase Act, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. Therefore, send us an email with a short description of what is wrong with the item and very preferably good high-resolution photos, as this may be in demand. Should you have any other questions about returns and complaints, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Fee for undelivered packages
Remember that you must collect your parcel within the deadline you receive from the post office, after which the goods will be returned. If you do not collect the package within the specified date and it is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200. This is because we pay shipping costs for all packages that are sent and returned.
Conflict resolution in case of any disputes
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on phone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
